Any one heard about an amp company called SEN?

I have a guy local who wants to sell a 4800 watt max amp specs say 1500@1 900 @ 2 ohms and 650 @ 4 I think I know the 1 ohm and 2 ohm specs are correct. The amp is about 25 inches long 2 inches thick and about 12 or 13 inches wide. It also has 150 ampers of fusing. I believe that it may be able to push out the power of 1500 rms.... thougths? anyone heard of the amp company? its SEN the amp is a SEN-4800D Here is the link to the site where he is selling it. specs and pic is there
