Dual 2-Ohm no i havent bought them, i bought one just waiting to buy the other 2

well you can wire that to 1.34 ohm, 3 ohm, or 12 ohm.

the power rating on the type r 12 is 600 watts rms and 3k watts max ( which i dont find believable) so i would look at on of the Hifonics BRX2400.1D (Brutus BRX-2400.1D) its 1 ohm stable so if you wanted you can wire the subs down to 1.34. i think this would be the best bang for your buck.

your other option could be this Belva BB5000D 3000W RMS BB Series Class D Monoblock Car Amplifier

have heard people say they like these more than the brutus. it says 3000w rms but i bet it would be more like 2500 clean at 14v

I have a mtx 7801 i used to power my type rs it underrated at 1200@1 and i have 2 type rs dual 2 ohm if your still looking for them

lol the type rs would laugh at the 1500 and the 2500 is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy to exspensive if you wana spend 1500 on an amp get your self a sundown 2.5k or something like that which would still be way cheaper. trust me man for that setup the hifonics brutus brx2400.1 or the belva 5000.1 is your best option and it will save you 1100 dollars. my next question is what do you have for electrical strenth? do you have a high output alternator and an agm battery?

but that 1500 amp puts out 1,000 watts RMS x 1 at 1 ohm

and i do have a second battery in the trunk i dont have a higher out put alternator

Your hooking up 3 subs though. That 1000 watts would be split between the subs. It wouldn't be 1000 per sub
