i'm thinking i could go with anything and it would be fine

i'm not trying to spend more than $250 TOTAL. as in, for everything.

also, how much do wiring kits cost?

I have to agree with the Mach5 12" idea.

Get 1 or 2 10" or 12" MAWs from Mach 5 Audio

Get a Hifonics bxi1606d from onlinecarstereo.com

Get a 4 gauge wiring kit from Knukonceptz

Get a few more feet of wire or use extra to do the big 3

Build the box to the specs of your subs

Done.

its simply not gonna happen.

$25 for a sheet of mdf (thats IF you build the box yourself)

$20 for screws, caulk, caulk gun (hope you got a drill...)

$120 bucks for a decent 12" (ie type r or cvr for like 100)

$45 for a 4 gauge knukonceptz wiring kit

thats $210, which leaves you $40 to buy a amp thats does 600+ REAL watts...

my advice, is save up at least 500 bucks and get something nice.

edit: oh yea, forgot to include shipping costs...
