Hardest hitting sub(s) for ~$130 or under?

First post here =)

I'm looking for the hardest hitting single or 2 subs for mostly rap music. I drive a Taurus 1999.

A few thing I'm looking at:

Keep in mind I know nothing about any of this, I'm open to ANYTHING.

I'd also like to buy an amp for the sub(s) and build an enclosure for around $70. All in all I'd like to keep the price no more than $200 if that's possible.

Which kind of CVR? Because sonicelectronix is running a 2 for 1 special on them. But I thought 12" is what you want for rap music?

I'd say the CVR's, if you can get a pair for 130.

Honestly though save up your dough man and get something nice.

TC-7 would not be a good driver for a car stereo application.
