you should have rounded out those edges a little more
i can see that now. We still have a little more sanding to do so i will. I honestly didn't recognize how uneven the edges were though, thanks. It's a lot easier to see imperfections if you spray it with paint/primer, as the pictures clearly show //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

 
anybody have any idea on how loud this is going to be? I'm giving each speaker 125 watts. So 500 watts total for the front stage. Something gives me the feeling it is going to be loud as fawk.

 
my pods are not sanded yet or finished/covered but we installed them day before yesterday and each mid is getting 125 rms each

and they get quite loud to where I'm satisfied.

yours should be around the same level

but i just can't get enough midbass. I love it, so i'll prob add more midwoofers later lol
