I don't get my everyone is saying I need to treat these like an SQ setup and have the midbass seperate and all that shit. There are 2 18's in this ranger. SQ is completely irrelevant when you've gone that far, and all these are for is to just get him louder in the mids and highs. There's no point in making an enclosure in the door. They sound just fine the way they are and they absolutely scream. When you repalced your stock door speakers did you make and enclosure inside the door for them? Now if there was one 10" sub in this truck where you could actually hear midbass, then yes, more planning would have gone into this and there would have been the right amount of airspace. And the kid I did this for was completely satisfied so I don't care what y'all think. This is only my second fiberglass project and I still have a lot to learn, but don't talk shit on this. And like bdawson72 said, at least I was brave enough to even attempt it. I've never seen any other ranger like it so I'm satisfied.i agree that it should have been stretched better from the beginning, and it looks alright. The thing about it is, how does it sound? I do not think there is enough air space in those pods for those speakers either.
Dude, do you not want any constructive criticism? Whether your getting your nuts busted or not....at least your finding out if your doing it right....which your not. Part of the learning process is learning from your mistakes....I don't get my everyone is saying I need to treat these like an SQ setup and have the midbass seperate and all that shit. And I am learning, but I'm not sure why everyone thinks I'm not. I never said i was the master of fiberlgass and there shouldn't be any reason why I'm not the best, so I'm not sure why you said that.Dude, do you not want any constructive criticism? Everyone makes mistakes and nobody can do something perfect the first time. Learn to deal with it and stfu.
Im just saying, learn to take criticism. You've been told the right way to do things and you seem to not want to admit that you fvcked up. Especially for charging someone for that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif But I guess that arrangement is between you and whom ever and as long as the customer is happy thats all that matters....And I am learning, but I'm not sure why everyone thinks I'm not. I never said i was the master of fiberlgass and there shouldn't be any reason why I'm not the best, so I'm not sure why you said that.
I know there are just a bunch of e-thugs on here (not saying you are) that all they do is sit on here all day and post stupid shit for no reason. I am learning and I love it when people give me advice, but ******* people, give me some good advice and quite posting shit that doesn't make a difference. I know there have been some good stuff posted on here, but if all you've got to do is run your post count up and talk shit, then you need to be the one to stfu.
