Build for 07 F150 SuperCrew

Do you have a router with a round over bit? I have al sorts of wood tools...from 12" table saw to a nice panel saw...i'm just not good with wood work...I'm better with wiring and such...
Yeah, that's the thing, all the wood tools I have, I've bought within the past couple months. I bought a router yesterday with round over and flush trim bits. I have a jasper jig coming to cut the holes for the subs. As far as taking the end corners off, I was talking about taking a huge chunk off, somewhat triangular in shape. I'll be ok with just rounding off all the edges though.

Ok, Subs got in yesterday and I am pretty much done with the box build. I just have to sand some uneven edges, make the hole in my top baffle bigger, bondo the seams and paint. I put the box in, with the 8's, just to see what it would sound like. I simply couldnt imagine finishing it up by doing all of the above, if it sounded like garbage. Well, it sounded sick as hell, and I wasn't even putting but half the power on them that I want to. I'm trying to sell the PG amp right now(it's birthsheet reads 826rms) and I want to go with a Brutus 1610d. But I can honestly say that I am happy with the way they sound right now.

Anyways, here are some pics. I don't know if they camera started to get drained or what, but some of the pics turned out kind of blurry in the end.

Man wish i had a chance to hear those 1508s in a good setup. Id love to try some. Only person i know with them has his amp horribly tuned..The subs dont get low at all its like there mids and i know the 1508s are better than that.

Thanks. I have the box finished and in the truck. After a week and a half, I'm still waiting for UPS to find my package that has the feet for my plexiglass loading wall. Right now I just have a wedge between the box and the seat, to have proper spacing between the two. They do sound good though. I have pics of the box finished on another computer.

Well, I finally got the Plexiglass loading/protection wall mounted on the enclosure after waiting for UPS and Parts Express to get my parts delivered, after 2 weeks. I am very pleased with the final result and think it looks great. I got the plexiglass cut yesterday at Lowes. The guy working the cutter was obviously a rookie. It took him multiple attempts to get it cut without cracking the piece I needed. Maybe it was just due to his limitation of tools, IDK. I just need to clean the truck out and vaccum, now that I'm finally finished with everything. I'm still waiting for my current sub amp to sell so I can go bigger. Anyways, on with the Pics.
