I'm especially curious for photos myself, if not signal its loading or a phase issue probably. Something tells me there's either a bad enclosure involved or being wired at a new impedance that is producing less power or both. What kind of sub enclosure you using? Even with 500w this car should be falling apart.
you didn't answer the question, recheck sub levels please. Then supply a Photo of the overall sub setup please, with a second of the amp settings as they currently are set.
And list your gear, from signal to

And I have connected the sub at 1ohm to the ampI made the box my self on subbox site tuned to 35hz and 85liters and i have tested the box with my old sub and it was playing really good, everything is a bit messy now but planning on fixing it.
Yes looks small for the size of that box.The enclosure looks a little shy on port area for the size of it imo as well.

I was using audio boss sub it was dual voice coil 2ohm, am gonna try to plug in straight from my phone to the amp and see if I get any resultsLooking at the amp settings I can't see anything wrong unless the lp is at 30hz but I believe it's set correctly as you tried another sub and everything was fine.
What is the other sub exactly you were using before you changed subs?
I'd verify final impedance of the sub, disconnect the wires at the amp and see what they read.

Would I get better perfomence if I make the port bigger? The enclosure looks a little shy on port area for the size of it imo as well.
I just modeled up your sub, or what I think is your model... edge 122spl correct?Would I get better perfomence if I make the port bigger?

Yes thats correctI just modeled up your sub, or what I think is your model... edge 122spl correct?
Tbh it compares to a legitimate 1500w rms sub rather badly. Less capable than an Sa-12 classic imo. I'd give it an honest 750w rms rating but that said a 750w sub can get the job done in the right enclosure.Yes thats correct
