2007 f250 crew cab with a behind the seat non ported box (0.65 cubic ft of airspace). Is this a good combination?

No. The sub specifications say minimum 1 cubic foot sealed per sub.

You're gonna be hard pressed to find a 12 that'll sound good in under 1 cuft sealed

Pioneer TS-A3000LS4​

Those pioneers are recommended at .65

And a Stinger Audio MT-1500.1 would be about right for an amp

But that little airspace is gonna hamper the low end on pretty much any 12

Ok, thank you. Would 2 8’s or 2 10’s be more suitable for this application?

You would be able to get away with a single 10 or single 8 depending on depth requirements.

If I get a ported box with 1.4 cuft, would. Would I be able to get away with 2 shallow 12’s?

Two Sundown SA-8s would work in 1.4 ported. Much too small for any pair of 12s,10s, and some 8s.
