No. The sub specifications say minimum 1 cubic foot sealed per sub.

And a Stinger Audio MT-1500.1 would be about right for an amp

But that little airspace is gonna hamper the low end on pretty much any 12

Ok, thank you. Would 2 8’s or 2 10’s be more suitable for this application?

You would be able to get away with a single 10 or single 8 depending on depth requirements.

Two Sundown SA-8s would work in 1.4 ported. Much too small for any pair of 12s,10s, and some 8s.
