I wouldn't doubt him then. He's designed me a few, which 1 is a t-line I need to get started on.CSCstang did a nice job... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
Yeah... he did a T-line for me too for a little side project... I got the plans right next to me but this 110+ degree weather arrived all at once... I'm waiting a little bit for it to cool down... LOL!I wouldn't doubt him then. He's designed me a few, which 1 is a t-line I need to get started on.
no A flare will just be counted as a flare. Worry more on your port diameters or number of aeros.I'm not ready to design using Aeros... but is there an arbitrary number to use... or is it specific to the port radius or type of Aero?.. and if it is... how do I determine this value.
OK... I'm over complicating things again aren't I?.. I'm done with the questions for now and will try to apply what I've learned so far.no A flare will just be counted as a flare. Worry more on your port diameters or number of aeros.
That explains a lot... that was the factory Skar box specs for 2 EVL's at 1700 watts input... it goes away at much lower levels... LOL!.. if they rate a sub at 1250 watts each why give the box specs that will cause compression well before rated is reached?.. any theories?yup. compression.
to sell recones. That explains a lot... that was the factory Skar box specs for 2 EVL's at 1700 watts input... it goes away at much lower levels... LOL!.. if they rate a sub at 1250 watts each why give the box specs that will cause compression well before rated is reached?.. any theories?
That's what I thought.... marketing!.. LOL!.. BTW... I'm up to page 18 in that read you suggested... Yeah.. it does make more sense to me this time... but 300+ pages is daunting!to sell recones.
to sell more subs for guys that want to fit more subs and they do not have any concept of box building.
Bigger market when your sub fits in smaller places.
I almost always have a problem with most companies vas/sd/cmsFs figures. Vas is tricky and so is a realistic SD figure.uhm i think you are entering stuff wrong still...
I enter QES then QMS, tab let it auto cacl qts, enter in fs, tab, enter in VAS, tab, enter in mms, tab
But ARE these parameter files compatible with Winisd alpha?.. this would save anyone a TON of time and there are files for a BUNCH of drivers/manufacturers...I almost always have a problem with most companies vas/sd/cmsFs figures. Vas is tricky and so is a realistic SD figure.
that shouldnt happen mines defaulted into a ported for the sundown X 12OK... enough is enough... LOL!.. Every time I enter a Sundown driver it defaults to a 4th order in Winisd... even if I choose a different alignment!.. I've tried to redo and change to several different Sundown drivers but it always happens!... IDK.. is there a value that I shouldn't trust or maybe something I should do special when entering Sundown drivers?... Every other manufacturer works out fine and models nicely but with the Sundown drivers I get a division by zero message then a 4th order whether I choose it or not and finally the program starts with all these access violation messages and it will not let me open a new project until I exit the program and start over then I get the same B/S... not LOL!... Hope to hear any input good or bad!
