Because its next level stuff. You are looking in the noob section again... stay off the noob section jesus. All those subs are borderline trash tier used by average joes that build sealed boxes with limited audio knowledge.

SSA Dcon, Sundown E, AB TNT, and Soundqubed HDS2 are all more than adequate for a budget system (put any of them in a custom box and you will be happy).
Those are the subs you want (stay away from generic entry level crap from kicker,fosgate, sony, pioneer, planet audio....ect)

That dcon at 115 is a great option. As is the new E. Just cause the dcon is 400w doesnt mean it cant get louder or lower than a 500w sub. It is an efficient, linear design.
