Who's this for an economical sub?

This is low cost and I currently have a 12" pioneer champion series pro the 4ohm dvc 3500 peak 1000 rms on in a ported custom 2.0c @ 31hz with a alpine MRX-m100 1000 rms monoblock amp. This pioneer sounds ok but wonder if this American bass will sound much better , anyone have personal experience with one of these on an amp similar to mine ?

not really. lol but that's none of my business though. the design is old as dog **** and sounds terrible and needs a huge box..

dammit i just linked you one of the best budget drivers.. get it and leave that junk alone..

17m xmax 400 RMS very efficient.. in 1.75-2 cubes tuned 32-35 it will sound great..

600 rms rating is more precise. A forum member did a test and blew it with 750 watts clamped clean

Sound solutions audio Xcon save up for it. Its well worth.

That SSA Dcon will sh*t all over your pioneer as well. Rms does not always mean louder or nicer sounding.

I dare say youll enjoy the SQ over your W6 with the SSA xcon. However you'll also have the output of your two sa 12s if you put a 2.5k rms amp to it.
