Might be a little boomy and not drop as low as it could in a larger enclosure. Would be able to take more power, though.

is RE known to be a good woofer? I don't know how to read all those spec, but what size box is it asking for?

Sounds good, and is right in my price range.

So I'd be better off with the RE SE than with a eD 11Ov.3 or another Kicker CompVR 10?

They're all over this site, look around.

They are great subs. The company is now owned by US Amps. The guy that designed them left the company after the buyout and now heads up Fi. They are very similar in quality to the Fi's you were looking at.
