nope, box rise will only get you 100-300 watts of real world power. Always have way more power on tap. 1000 rms sub doesnt mean louder. It just means you need a fk ton more power just to get it louder. better subs dont do anything unless you have power to back it up.Why 600rms not good is the sub is 1000?
save up your money and get a taramps md 1800.1 you can check the dyno.the GM series is 100watts lower then this PA amp. Will it still be better Even though ill be switching to a lower wattage amp?
Ill check that amp out anyway thanks
you can run anything as long as you set the gain so your voltages doesnt drop below 12.0VOh that one says 1200watts nice. Hopefully i can run without big 3
Lol wtf this guys clueless...Oh that one says 1200watts nice. Hopefully i can run without big 3
I really am. I dont know anything about car audio.Lol wtf this guys clueless...
What head unit you recommend?nope, box rise will only get you 100-300 watts of real world power. Always have way more power on tap. 1000 rms sub doesnt mean louder. It just means you need a fk ton more power just to get it louder. better subs dont do anything unless you have power to back it up.
Also you have a 2 volt head unit. Thats limiting your output for sure, will see a huge jump when you swap to a quality head unit.
Also set your volume high, like really high or else you wont get the full 2 volts out of that head unit. Like legit trust me on this, everyone that doubts this gets blown away when they actually upgrade their head unit. I got countless threads like yours with everyone underestimating the power of a strong signal.
What head unit you recommend?
first off lets see if we can get you some output without you spending money first. volum up high like 90% if possible. Gain down low, no bass boost. Low pass filters at 80hz, Sub level high up, now play your hardest hitting song and raise the gain till it stops getting louder and back it off a slight bit. What head unit you recommend?
