Weird subwoofer noise

My sub is making a weird, hard, fluctuating noise even when I unplug the RCA cables. It's loud and obnoxious. Afraid its going to blow the 1 sub. I have 2 JL Audio W7 12-inch and 2 Slash amps 1000/1. The only thing is did was turn it down because it was way too loud for my passenger's ears. I even turned it back up to the same spot the installer had it at, and it's still doing it. It even does this with cables unplugged and the volume on very low.

Check your amp power grounds and see if they're loose, the attachment doesn't work for me

It even does this with cables unplugged and the volume on very low.

Try removing the remote turn on wire and turn it on by jumping from the power wire.
If the issue persists, try connecting a battery direct to only the amp.
