Wuts the problems with dodge duragnos? I know Talon's have the crankshaft problem. But I dont know. Im split right down the middle. The durango - lots of space, and I like the looks and have always been a dodge fan, but the accelaeration is not as fast and the gas mileage sucks. on the other hand, Talon - nice, awesome looking stylish car, (almost exactly the same as a Mitsubishi Eclipse of the same years), fast at stock, potential to be faster. but then the space avaiable for my system is limited.

I DONT KNOW!! If only I could win this 205 million Powerball lottery! Then I could get BOTH!

I can afford about 7-8 grand for either vehicle, and the goin price for a 98 Durgano is about $7,000, while a 97 Talon (or around there) is about $6,000-$7,000.

If I could get at least 4 12" XXX's in a ported enclosure tuned to 30hz, at the recomended ported size for SQL, and 4 RE 12.1 amps in a Talon, I would definetly get a Talon, although I havnt done the math to know If I could get that in a Talon.

Do you think its possible?

Could I fit (4) 12" XXX's in a ported box, the recomended box size ported (For SQL application, RE's website recomends 2.1 cubic feet ported tuned to 28 hz for each sub, but I would prob want to be tuned at 30-33hz) Which is 8.4 cubic feet total, but I dont know if I could fit it. Like I say, I want a gut busteting loud system. The 2 12" SE's I have now will due me for now, and when I get a new vehicle, until I can afford to upgrade my system. Do u think 4 XXX's will be 150dB?

Like I say, if 4 12" XXX's with the specs listed in the last paragragh, and 4 RE 12.1 amps will fit, I will get an Eagle Talon absolutley positivley, no doubt about it.

And marley, I dont like 15's I like 12's. Dont ask me y, that just the way I am. Oh, and I do need a bigger penis too.

And although they are expensive, ive got a pretty good realationship with a guy at a local audo shop to fiberglass. Fiberglassing is the only way I can make this work, if it will. anyway?

So do u think it will fit or not, I dont know how to do the math to figure the sizes and wut not so thats y I ask knowledgeable people.

if you have to ask, you can't do it

IMO, a single 12" or 15" XXX with ~ 1500-1800 watts on it in the Talon would be plenty.

A pair of 12" XXX's with ~ 3000+ watts is just nuts. Four? With nearly 6000 watts? ... sheesh. I'd go for one or two XXX's with ~ 3kw and drop the rest of the money on upgrading the electrical system and aftermarket performance parts. Or save the extra money for when shit starts breaking.

I had a Talon ... pair of Type R 12's and a "mere" 1200 watts was enough to get that car real loud.
