Sad day for the car :(

Driving down the road, I was having such a good day, then my car shifted to third and it wasn't pulling at all, just reving up so I floored it cuz I had similar problems with the ****** slippin, but it wouldn't do nothing but redline. yea, prolly go shopping at the local junkyards and find the cheapest one with the less miles and put that in there. I will be getting a new car in august anyhow

i think after the 1first replacement i just would have gotten a new car. i had to have a shift improvement kit installed in my car. ****** is starting to slip slightly again so i may rebuild it this summer.

Got a ****** w/ 55K miles on it about a week ago for like $235 plus $150 shipping, and had the local shop put it in for $250.

Amen on dodge trannies, bought my grandma's 89 dodge dynasty with 48k miles on it, and i lost all gears above 1st at 52k....

227K I recieved it at around 180K and drove it hard ever since.
