great sub, and if amp said California its probably a profile, which if its a older model is actually a great amp,.

just looked at pics.. amp looks beat but a good bath might help, thats a hell of a amp no matter what anyone tells you, and that sub is great

I'm guessing ssi series. rated at 750rms

I don't know anybody dropping $1500 on a ssx to run sealed and on a $150 amp.

thats an SSi 10. SSX 10s are pretty **** rare as it is, and the SSX line has a pulp cone, while the SSi has the plastic cone. SSx are not supposed to be sealed at all. SSi on the other hand do well sealed. The SSi is a great all around sub, but depending on the value of the amp, 300$ may or may not be a great price. Used ssi 10 I would say has a value of about 125$

750 rms, 3" flat wound aluminum. Sounds great ported tuned low and get fairly loud.
