The Z1 has arrived (Pics too!)

So my Pioneer Avic-Z1 unit arrived today. I am actually suprised that UPS made it to my house considering all the flooding going around the NE area especially MA.

Anyways here are a couple teasers and whatnot...

Then the Avic-Z1 unit itself... a little blurry but you get the point. Its pretty hefty as are all double-din units.

And the rear of the unit...

I can't install any time soon because of finals and all that stuff but maybe in a week or two I will have a full review with the Ipod adapter integrated.

Haha, the checking account almost went from quad digits to double digits but I got a couple paychecks that still need to be cashed in. Plus I got the unit well below MSRP and its brand new too. It will be all well worth it especially with the bypass.

For the install, I won't have to fiberglass anything as I have a Scion tC which already has a double din slot. It [the slot] may be too wide but they have a kit that will cover up those gaps. So I will be good to go.

I just finished installing it today. I was so into it that I didn't take any pics or videos just yet, however they will be coming. I am amazed at the things it can do. I've expected alot for what I paid for and thats exactly what I got from it.
