Its how you wire the subs. A dual 2ohm would give you a 1ohm impedance for the amp a dual 4 would give you a 2 ohm load. It all depends what amp you get. If you want that orion amo youd get a d2 sub to get a 1ohm load on the amp

It depends on how much. Kenwood is not a good brand anymore and haven't been since they went to best buy

Better than the kenwood but not as good as that JBL.

Yes I have 2 HDS210s on about 1000 watts total, maybe less cause the amp isn't that great, and they sound good and get loud.

Im telling you for $80 the orion my friend has is your best bet 500@1 ohm

Birch is lighter but more expensive so if you can afford it use birch but if not mdf.
