sub replacement questions

I have a eclipse sw8812 and the new eclipse aluminum. Both blown. Need a new sub for a jl stealth box for a 2001 3500 ram. sits in jump seat. Its sealed about a cu ft and only have about 7 inches of depth. Its for a 12 and I have a jl 500/ 1 amp. any realiable replacements.I saw a tc but dont know muck about them . My options I was concidering were a tc 12 ,another 8812 if I can find one or a new 8820 eclipse.whats the comparisons between these? help would be appriaciated.

how about a jl sub.

I had a w3. A w6 or w 7 is too deep for mounting depth. I can install about 3/4 inch spacer , but it is downward fireing . it sits about 3 inches from the floor between the front seats.
