Sub placement in a truck?

Hey guys, I am going to be building a custom sealed box for my Inifinty 12.1 and needed a little advice. Right now I am just using a prefab box which has a questionable build quality and I can't seem to eliminate the air leaks in it. So, time to just to it right myself. First of all I was wondering which way the Sub should fire. It is an extended cab truck so I have enough room to have it fire any direction really. Forward? Up? Angled? Next, I was going to fill it with some poly fill and the instructions from Inifinty say fill with 1inch of it. So just spary some adhesive along the inside of it and sort of mat it around the box? Or should I just fill all of the inside with it?

or if youre stuck on a single woofer set up... any direction you can fit it will work.
probably going to be either up, or forward. but probably wont be able to notice too much of a difference.

I have mine sub out, port sideways, and it sounds good. wangs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
