Ok here is the run down......I have a bandpass box made of 3/4mdf with plexiglass viewing windows the subs are facing the windows so you can see them hit...I need to know which way I should point them to get the most bass? Point them to the front? To the back? etc.....please help.

well for that i dont really have an answer since i dotn really recomend a bandpass box unless it is built specificly for a sub due to its poor freq. response.......but my advise would be to get a sealed or ported....but since thats probably not an option...just try moving it around to see which way gives you the most bass....every car is diff.....so see what works for you

We can't tell ya man. You have to try it both ways and see. I will say, that usually firing towards the rear is louder . But not always //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

well.....its been tried both ways now and with the subs facing the back and the ports facing the driver it sounds the best....major bass and pretty good clear sound at high volumes.....

No I dont wonder why, because the trunk acts as an enclosure, but still they dont sound bad at medium levels with the trunk open.....

thanks DB, that definitely helps swallowing a $300 price tag 😂 these would essentially be running midbass for me too

What is your budget? With being exposed to Rain.. I would recommend looking at a marine grade SAS Bazooka for the sub stage
