My fi Q's got damm low and sounded amazing doing it. pretty cheap to. You could probably afford a btl but there not as musical imo.

Daily id go with a bl, there low end beasts i love mine with my box tuned to 35hz gets low and sound decent while getting loud and not sound like blarrrghhh

any sub can be tuned that low...

AQs/DDs in particular like to be tuned to 37-40z as a nice medium; a.k.a. having the same range as say... an Fi Q tuned to 33-36. I wouldnt even tune a DD sub that low to be honest.. not most of the models anyway. I'd say 34hz at the lowest and it would definitely slam the lows like most subs would at ~30. Although I really don't like how those subs sound when they get that low... not low end monsters IMHO.

I say something from Audiopulse or maybe Ascendant Audio would be the best bet... aswell as alot of the others that have been mentioned.

Those beasts look like they are made by the same company that made the thumps I used to sell at the flea market. Poor folks will buy the hell out of some 10 dollar subs.

Axis, Revo, just about any TC/Audiopulse sub..a pair FI Q's would do the job well if you wanted to run a pair and throw 1000rms to each

si Mag v2 low end beast and sounds awesome... i have mine tuned to 28... best sounding subs i have ever heard
