i'm wanting to go 4 sealed in around 1.5 cubes each, i measured my trunk and all that good stuff and got plans for a box, well after i build it, and i subtract the thickness of the wood and all that good stuff, i'll end up with 6.11 cubes which is 1.5275 per chamber i believe...

Just for future note, you won't notice a difference between 1.45 cubic feet and 1.5 cubic feet. If you can, you are inhuman. What I'm saying, is that speaker displacement should not be worried about in sealed boxes, even for massive subs unless the enclosure volume is VERY small.
