Opinions on the Orion HCCA 15.4?

A buddy of mine is getting two of these, and is going to be giving them about 2000 watts a piece. So what do you guys think? Are they a decent sub? Could he have gotten better for the price? If so, what? I wanna know, so i can show him up...haha

the admin on the orion forum said there for spl.but they only have a sensitivity rating of 87 db's.i woulda done fi btl's.or if pure spl is wanted than re mt's

at that price range I would go with IA DPs, FI BTLs, RE MTs, or Sundown Nightshades

but they seem like decent subs
