The rest probably vibrated loose...first off, thats ridiculous. You better be getting something out of who reconed/sold you that.
secondly, could you not tell that only one screw was holding the motor on when you installed it?

*** Checks pm's quickly *** woo hoo not me lol, I'm usually not a fan of putting ca glue on baskets to hold them on, and I have bought screws that were slightly off before..... but not to the point that only 1 screw was holding it t/g lol.
