That looks ver very clean. Good work. I do have 1 question. Why did you not do any bracing? The only reason I ask is because I am starting a 2 18" build this week

You never did end up bracing it did you. Those huge walls are gonna flex like no other dude. My box is only 37"wide and 18" high, and the 3/4" mdf wasnt enough, 1" dowels cross ways worked great though. And youve got considerably more spl than me

the back is entirely 1.5" MDF and most of the front is also 1.5" mdf now, i'll add some thread rod to it in a bit. chill out!@

Well it's 2.5 sheets of MDF. Amp rack is being welded up right now at my friends place of business, so i'm waiting on that. On to the updates...

Little update on the port. We filled some spots with putty tryed to router round the port after the carpet was on (forgot to do this while box was uncarpeted oh: ) and flexstoned it. All and all, turned out pretty good IMO
