So each Xcon is gonna be running off its own 3000d eventually?
Possibly, I wanted to leave the option there just in case //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

i like how you left the port opening with no carpet, cool idea.

now off topic- how do you cut out the second ring with the router. i see you use the jasper jig on the 1st baffle, but, than the second one how did you cut it out?

please pm me the answer denim-thanks.

put both sheets on top of each other lined up, then sink a drill bit through both sheets where your pivet point is, and then just do each sheet after that point. Works great for double flush mounts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Wow Im an idiot, I come up with the hardest way to make flush mount beauty panels

THe way you just said is ridiculously easy. drill the pilot holes in each board at the same time lol

Nice hids btw, make that hyundai look like expensive car

I really like that amp rack

Maybe I can motivate my welder to fabricate something like that. Hat's off to the guy who made it though, the fact that he sandblasted it shows he takes a little bit of pride in his work (that or your just a good friend)

Lookin good

Well it really kinda was. $31,000 when I bought it. First month it came out.

i do my cuts all at once. flush mount and all. start on the furthest out, then go in each little bit till i get to the inner diameter, then cut all the way in.

box looks good tho for sure. i like the raised xcon on top
