Just need to add 2 45 degree angles, add the internal support and sand some stuff down and she is done.. Not sure if i am going to carpet her, im not too good at carpeting.. what do you guys think

Box is 2.75 cubed at 30hz.

Yea i didnt have a jasper jig, so i used a jig saw.

I could actually easily make one out of some 1/4" plywood.

you need a jasper jig

or just make your own jig but it looks like really really need some wood glue. that crap even says not for mdf on it right? It is easy to make a circle cutting jig for a jigsaw just by making a little foot holding bracket and a flat piece that you measure and put the screw in for the center.

Im using MDF and the glue i am using does NOT say that its NOT for MDF and i have been using liquid nails for EVER. My boxes are so solid you could drop them from 10 ft and they wouldn't break.

Home made circle jig.

Scrap masonite and 10 minutes of my time.

Took the router base off and used the original screws to attach the jig.

You dont have to use masonite, any thin board should work.

Your box looks good but those holes :/

That would bug the s**t out of me.
