I want a good SQ sub, price inst really a huge issue but nothing insane. Dont ask for a price because I am not set on a budget for it. So far I have spent 500 on my sound system.

HU: Alpine CDA-9884

FS: PG RSD 6.5

RF: Alpine Type S 6x9

AMP: Cadence TXA 3004

I want a sub that will give great SQ and get loud but not produce a really hard kick to rattle the car. I am debating between 10 and 12 inch subs. Which would be better for what I am asking.

I know about the size != SQ. Will a 10 decent 10 be able to get loud and not kick like a 12. Or should I go with a 12. I can fit a 15 maybe even an 18 if i wanted. But which would be better for what I am looking for?
