Yep, and it only required a $250 deposit, a temp number for about 4 days and talking to lots of people. Kind of a pain... but the HTC Touch is very nice indeed

I love my Touch...best phone I've owned to date.

I have HHC (HTC Home Customizer), a few skins for HHC, DopeWars, and I think that's about it.

I really haven't had time to mess with more apps. I've got the iPhone icons as well, pretty neat.

Also have the Touchpal keyboard. I either use that or the transcriber. I've learned to write my script really well on the touch.

I wan't to get the slide2unlock, but I've heard it's got some bugs. Also waiting for someone to create a good threaded SMS app for the touch...nothing really good yet.

Finally talked to someone who could help me...

After threatening to switch, he told me I could sign up for a new SERO plan, but I have to get a new number. I will then get the new phone (most likely the Mogul), then keep my old phone as an emergency line for $5 a month (to eliminate the $200 termination fee).

I will get unlimited texting, unlimited data, sprintTv, and a WiFi phone.

I will pay $35 a month and pay $299 for the Mogul.

They're having problems with the Mogul, most being bluetooth not functioning properly...I believe Sprint is even swapping Mogul's for Touches for existing customers.

I originally wanted a Mogul, but after doing some research, found the Touch has been a much more reliable phone.

rs, ive been with nextel for over 4 years now and without contract for a while now and get the piss poor offers in the mail to renew my contract and trash them fast lol, but im interrested in this deal, but i dont see a good phone on my list that i want ,...i want somethin like that iphone deal but i dont think they have direct connect?..... what phone if any would you recomend for direct connect with extra features

No, but from what I've heard, the Evdo on the Touch runs just about as fast as the Wifi on the Mogul.

I'm actually doing some reading on howardforums, and it seems as if the Mogul has a TON of problems. People are updating it with the newest ROM's which are supposed to be taking care of the bugs, and their phones are turning into bricks.
