Final System Plan – Would Love Feedback Before I Lock It In

Hi everyone, I know I’ve been going back and forth between different setup plans, but after getting everyone’s opinions I think this will be my actual final setup for my 2008 Honda Accord Euro (CU2) with the factory head unit. Right now, I already have a Morel MPD 1.500 Monoblock amp powering a Hertz MP 300D4.3 12” subwoofer.

The plan for the rest of the system is:

Front Stage: Hertz MPK 165.3 PRO (components), run full active through a Hertz H8 DSP

Rear Fill: Hertz MPX 165.3 (coaxials), likely left on HU power or set low for ambient fill.

DSP: Hertz H8 DSP

Amp for Fronts: Pioneer GM-D8704 - 4 Channel Amplifier

Sound Deadening: Just doing the front doors. Any feedback for this setup would be great.

I'd deaden under the boot lid as well.

Didn't think of that, hopefully it's easy to do. Thanks for letting me know!
It's not hard. If yours has carpet under the lid, remove it, clean the metal with alcohol and apply the deadener inside the triangles or on the thinnest parts of metal. Hopefully you can put the carpet back in place if it has carpet. :)

Oh, on Amazon there are silicon license plate holders. This also keeps vibration down.

Yeah, ill definitely give that a go, thanks for that, especially for that silicon license plate holder idea. :)

id ditch the rears, take out any rear deck speakers (lets the bass vent into the cabin better) and get a Morel amp to run your mids/highs
