ok so im on my way home to get my bill so i can register my account, but should call instead of doing the purchase online so i can possibly get the hand set for near next to nothing?

im wanting the htc mogul or what ever the silver one...... but keep thinking about the black touch ....so im up in the air on them two phones,. i can live without dc i guess, there are only 3 people i talk to on dc anyhoo... my question is this, with the plans on this phone is the internet and gps included in the plan and if so is it possible to go over my useage and get butt ***** on kb useage? or am i safe with the regualy 1200 anytime plan with calls at 7pm and hand set insurance?

I'd go with the Touch over the Mogul, as they're having tons of problems with the Mogul.

The Touch has the same processor as the Mogul, and has 2x the RAM iirc.

well i just got off with sprint and they told i need a real emploies email , that the one listed on the first page is not valid so i can not get the offer, anyone have a real email address?

well hell i know im getin quite pissed dealin with the internet part and i am tired of the phone been on it over 3 hrs today and made my batt. die 2 times, and ive goten no where, but i know that i will not contue my service with them unless i can get the price that they are offering others lol, **** that i pay over 85 a month for regular cell phone and dc.... the hell with that .... im going to give them one last try on the phone and if they cant make it happen then ill go with tmobile or version

Just do it online.. it worked for me.

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/word.gif.64b12e39f936af3b4fff38a1c0bd0244.gif If you have a current Sprint plan, sign up for SERO, then cancel your old plan (if you're not under contract), or switch your old plan to an emergency line ($5 a month) if you are still under contract.
Doing it online is the only way you can sign up for SERO, or at least I was told that by the Sprint rep.

I feel you man, I was on the phone for hours before I could finally do it online for some reason. Try telling them (when you get transferred to someone else) that the "lady you just talked to" was trying to sign you up for the Spring SERO plan. When I talked with them on the phone, they didn't want to give it to me without an employee's email address... so everytime I would get transferred I would just tell them that the previous person referred me to the SERO plan. Finally ended up working for me.

lol so in other words be calm as possible and feed em crap to make it seem legit...i can do that or try lol , i want in on this plan .....would really like one of them "touch phones as well, so i can put my pc in my van and get online without problems lol

Yep, pretty much. Try not to get irritated. Now, I honestly use my Touch more than my laptop...

Just get transferred to retentions and tell them you were having trouble signing up for the SERO plan online or something like that

Yep, or tell them you wanted to switch because of a high bill, then mention the SERO plan.

And keep it cool.

Ill bet NOBODY can match my plan

$100 a month, unlimited minutes, with AT&T.

Its an old plan, no longer avilable, but as long as i keep paying the bill, i will never lose that plan.

I pay less than a third of that and get free texts, nights that start at 7 and unlimited data/internet. Good for me since I don't use more than 400 anytime minutes a month

well thats chill but unlimited mins is incrdible.

I know people who get bills of $200-$500 cause they went over their minutes, and it was only like 1500 minutes or so

i can talk 20,000 minutes in a month and its only $100

i will never "go over my minutes"
