I thought that Obama was all about hope and change though....when he gaffes he ALWAYS has the A typical Liberial excuses when there really is not an excuse....he does the SAME things he whines about....and what is even funnier is 3 main media outlets give him a TOTALLY FREE pass on that crap. you have FOX and 3 ANTI FOX major media networks. this is the most biased coverage I have EVER seen from both sides. MSNBC, FOX, CNN and ABC all had stories about REV Wright over 18 months ago and low and behold the only network to even touch it again during the primaries was FOX lol and the other 3 networks really didnt want to rehash it and took Obama at his word everytime...even when he lied about what he knew about Wright LOL. I am not just bashing him about Wright Iam bashing him because he does what EVERY OTHER POLITICAL FIGURE does when trying to get elected and he and his campaign try hard as hell to make sure people dont see it. Obama is not perfect and is just as flawwed (if not more so) than anyone he is or has ran against. he has done NOTHING and as a senator in Illinios he never took a stand on any issues. VOTE PRESENT yet not vote yes or no? LOL its epic...he should be the sequal to "office space":laugh:

what the country needs is a swift, hard kick in the ***. No politician will ever have the balls do that.

that being said, Obama will win once the debates happen. His greatest strength is charisma and charm, and lets face it. When the 20,000 people or so who actually still watch the debates join in to see, your going to see some old-*** white guy and some charming young black man.

Unless he gets the questions beforehand, he's boned. He can't speak on the fly. Have you seen what happens when he's on camera without a script? He reminds me a lot of Dubya.

I will say, most of the time, I side with the liberals. Now I know nobody is perfect, far from it in politics, but having grown up in a liberal household, what can I say, I've been raised this way.

I'm way more conservative then either of my parents, and on quite a few issues I side with republicans. Immigration, Border Security, Basically the lets just go in and kick *** type attidude.

But I like the democratic stance on issues like the environment and other issues regarding services (having a disabled sister changes my stance dramatically on social services), and transportation.

But their is never one person that views solely as I do.

I've often thought about going into politics, but becomming a business tycoon and controlling the politicians as well seems like much more fun.

what part of a debate isn't scripted? You can't possibly tell me he wont know what topics are going to be covered. Shit I can tell you right now.

1) Iraq

2) Economy

3) Housing

4) Tax Break/Tax Status

5) Immigration

6) Maybe, Drilling, Oil, Energy etc.
