they never do lol he always gets his feedback fixed or removed im not sure why they don't look into it but they just don't hes been doing this for 4-5 years now.

i reported him for misuse of ebay buyer protection too.

Peachmotorrepair has opened a case against me for damaged goods. but i have found multiple links in audio forums about this guy scamming people. he uses multiple accounts

golfclubsrus2008-2008 , andy4879 , penempmac , peachmotorrepair , justonemoreamp are just a few.

he buys goods , then gets his money back and resells the stuff under a different ebay name.

right now he is trying to scam me see cases #5007877397 and #5007877446

Bassin, you need to call ebay and paypal... but before you do that I would attempt to file a police report at your local police department, and get them in contact with his local PD... Make it clear that he is a known scam artist and hopefully they will help you.. (although cops are often useless - you should at least try)

Clearly he listed your subs, and wants to return a pair of damaged subs that he already owned....

This same douche bag has a ton of stuff for sale on ebay... I would encourage everyone to troll the shit out of his account by hitting the buy it now button, not paying, and leaving neg feedback...

He can't leave neg feedback as a seller.. that changed a couple years ago..

He can file an unpaid item claim to recoup the final sale fees charged by ebay... with that said if you respond saying you did infact pay him, he still might be on the hook....
