Someone is trying to f*ck me on ebay. HELP Please!!

Here's the deal , i shipped out my fosgate 15's to a guy on ebay. Last night i found the back on ebay for sale under a different name. The new seller is in the same city as the original buyer (prolly same guy). He took very detailed pictures of the subs which i have now got screenshots of. Today he sends me a email saying one of the baskets is cracked due to poor shipping and he wants we to refund him his money and 25 bucks to ship it back.

I know they were not cracked to begin with and i also have his very detailed pics of them with no cracks. he says he is going to dispute it thru ebay. What should i do about this??

I do not have any money in paypal and it is no longer attached to my bank because that account was closed last month but i'm still kinda anxious about this because i'm just now starting to get some decent feedback points on ebay and this could **** me up and make me have to start back over. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

first, you need to prove those are his pics you have.

Tell him to prove it, send pics of the sub from all sides, showing the crack. If he doesn't then tell him to fck off.

i almost guarantee that the 2 accounts are tied to the same name or at least the same household. I just got screenshots , i'm gonna post them and see if you guys see cracks. gimme a sec to upload them.

i now if you contacted ebay they will pay the shipping to get your subs back to you. just try working it out with the buyer through ebay. tell ebay you have a restocking fee and you and the buyer cant come to a agreement on the return shipping ebay will refund you your shippping and pay for the new return shipping.

So lemme get this right. You sold these subs on ebay. He purchased them, and he has them up for sale right now on ebay. Yet he is saying that the ones you sent him have cracks. I would ask ebay why he is selling them as 100% if they have cracks, and why is he trying to claim them and sell them at the same time?

the ad was taken down sometime overnight but because i sent him a friendly message last night wishing him luck on the resale , he replied , WITH A COMPLAINT ABOUT A CRACKED BASKET! (not yelling at you guys just yelling in general , LOL.)

I agree to let ebay know of the situation before anything further happens. If they know about it from you before he accuses you through ebay, you appear more credible than he does to the ebay gods since you told them in advance.

i requested pics and havent got them back yet. and i'm gonna conatct ebay when my uncle gets back with the phone. we don't have a landline and my g/f take my cell to work incase she breaks down or gets in a wreck.
