there are some people on
ebay that do scam. i buy 15-30 items a month and a lot of people don't know how to pack so things come damaged. paypal protects the buyer and if the seller does not want to work things out, they take care of it and then go after the seller.
i have been on here over 13 years and
ebay has not had one problem with me or my other names which are BUYING names just to keep my books straight. everyone knows i have a seller and buyer name.
i have had 10 different buyer names because there are people that buy and sell on
ebay in car audio and they hate that i make money and they don't so they make up stuff about me so i try to change names to get them to lay off of me.
i used to leave sellers negative feedback when something like this happened to warn other people. those people watched my feedback and emailed those sellers and asked them what the deal was and they took there side of the story and never contacted me and made a bunch of threads about me.
if i scam people, why is my seller feedback so good? i can explain every thing they say about me and i would gladly do that.
look at all of the stuff i buy under the name i bought your stuff from. look at all of the positive feedbacks i get. do you think i ripped them all off and they gave me good feedback anyways?
i have bought 1000-3000 dollar auctions and never filed claims on them so why would i do yours for 234.00??????? that is nothing to me.
i listed the speakers and noticed this morning, the crack. a friend came over wanting to buy them for his son's truck and he saw the damage and said he did not want them.
i have a guy who wants them in england. he is a repeat customer. he was going to give me 500.00 shipped so why would i take the auction off and say they were damaged? i could have made 150.00 profit today.
choose to believe what you want. what i do is called capitalism and there is nothing wrong with that. i don't put a gun to people's heads saying you better give me more than i paid.

only 1 speaker is bad like i said but you got all pissy so i did not want to deal with you at all. i can sell one but it is up to you.
you know you did not bubble-wrap the speakers and you know the boxes they were in are single corrugated, flimsy, cheap boxes. when i ship woofers, i bubble-wrap them, put cardboard on the top and bottom and then add a ton of packing peanuts all around just like fed-ex,ups,and usps says to do.
they will not cover insurance claims if you don't pack them like this. i have been doing this for 13 years.
