Someone is trying to f*ck me on ebay. HELP Please!!

I would call ebay and paypal and let them know what this guy is trying to pull... chances are he has done this before, and will try to do it again.... that is assuming it is the same guy...

You might try calling the number listed in the auction and ask for the guy you shipped them to... if he answers to that name you've got him caught red handed...

A quick google shows the number is cell phone and the address attached to it is:

he just filed a claim and i escalated it

"i will not be refunding a penny to this buyer. he is a scammer. i have proof that he had these listed for sale under a different ebay account as 100% working , and i took screenshots of said ad. item number is 150576197520. the very detailed pictures and description in that ad show absolutely no damage. and i have proof that it is the same person on 2 different accounts because he has sent messages to me from both accounts in reference to these speakers. Why would he list them for sale for a 499.95 price tag if they were damaged?? He is trying to scam me and i'm not falling for it.
