im just curious why everyone wants me to tune so low. my resin freq is 53hz, so for comps thars what i play. daily i dont even listen to any thing that low. the lowest i listen to is problly 36hz.
When someone says they're using something for daily, I think fairly flat to 25hz. If you're only looking for good down to 35hz, I'd tune closer to 40. Should be good for a couple extra dbeez too.

yea. i have like 1 song i play that get down lower but im smart with my gain on the song. its "whitte girl". i think it gets down to like 31hz but i dont demo it nothing, thats just like riding around or something so gain is low.

Just cuz you can't figure out how to get loud doesn't mean AQ's won't do it....
Ok heres some box specs i havnt had a chance to remeasure or get better pics yet. My teammate/friend actually built it. he wanted to try his 2 lvl 4xl 18s in a smaller box then what he was using before. he ended up blowing 1 so he stopped using it. so he said i could try it seeing AQ's like bigger boxes.

The box is very sturdy, 2 layers of birch wood, top plate is triple layered. I has 2 bars of althread in it lol, so im thinking it will be very limited on flexing. and if im not mistakin less flex helps limit imp rise i think but i may be wrong.

But my friend said the box is about 8.9 cubes net before displacement. and i think the hdc3 15s are .23 or .25 displacement i believe but not sure. the box was made with a 12inch aero port hence the big azz whole you see in the pic. the pic is actually the front of with althread ran threw it. I figure that port is probly a bit large for this tho. But yea any help you can provide im happy to have man....

Amp is a Mojo 4k and 95 blazer...8.5 cubes is about right before displacement, after sub and port displacement it will probly be around 7-7.5 cubes. I cant do a center port box is already done. Im tryna figure out what i need for port(s). The box is sub up port back.
small *** box, get another mojo 4k. I'd tune at least 40hz, probably higher and use a port reducer for daily....

aq *****. sundown is the greatest of them all
you can't get loud with either of them, your point is invalid //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

8.9 cubes is small?

no, the other one you posted about, like 7 - 7.5 net...
Try the bigger one but will probably need to take up some volume...
Ok so its 8.9 cubes net. After both subs that will take up close to 1/2 a cube, as i said earlier i think each are .23 - .25 of displacement. And then port displacemen will depend on what i go with. But that brings it down to about 8.4 cubes. Im thinking ima tune it between 40 - 44hz. And trying multi ports and plugging 1 for daily driving
