300w RMS, which sub for sql? 8" or 10" preferred

I have 300watts RMS at 4ohm and debating about which sub to go with. I would like to get a 50/50 output/sq, preferably with either an 8" or 10" woofer for space in the trunk. I am looking at possibly the sundown e8 v3 in a ported enclosure. Any other recommendations or any subs for sale that meets the criteria, please feel free to post. Thanks, Paul

Been tempted to play around with the Dayton HO 8 or the dvc 10. They'll get loud and low. That 8 is rated for 300rms too

No issues there. The amp will output depending on the speaker's impedance rating. Are you using a component x-over or is only the tweeter with x-over?
