my car will shut off randomly and wont turn back on, my headlight work and everything just fine but then it wont turn back on unless i jump start it or push start. does this have to do with my amp draining my battery?

something is draining it sounds like it might be the alternator try getting it running and then pulling your positive batt cable if it dies its the alt

What amp is currently in your car? Have you done any electrical upgrades?

Sounds like your amp draws more power than your alternator can charge and it just ends up killing the car. Does this only happen when you've been playing your system?
