Setting subsonic filter?

I just got my kole audio hk-980 amp today, and i am using it to power 2 blaupunkt tsw1000 subs. among some of the adjustments on the amp, is a subsonic filter adjustment variable from 30-175 hz. wut should it be set at? thanks

depends if you have a ported box or not and what that box is tuned to.

i figured out its not a subsonic filter, but rather u select the frequency where u want the bass boost to hit
