So, this diagram is from the user manual. Are they saying that front speakers left/right rca go into channels 1/3? And rear go to 2/4?

That doesn't make sense to me, because you adjust the crossover for 1/2 and 3/4. Anyone familiar with this RP 600.5 from Skar?

That must be in instructions for a cheap Chinese amp.
1 and 2 is the front channel. 3 and 4 is the rear. You can tell by looking at the x-over settings and this is also the standard setup.

Please forgive me if my "Cheap Chinese Amp" statement was a little harsh. In here, we have all owned one and most of us still use them. Therefore, it was not meant to be an insult. Not too many "Stereo Junkies" can afford the name brand stuff anymore.

Quick question. Let's say I mount an amp in the back. Can I run a nine-wire cabe right up the middle to the dash, and then use the speaker wires already there to get to the doors? I imagine I would use the 3" door speaker wires and the rear speaker wires. I'd love to avoid running speaker wires all over the car.

Yes. The OEM speaker wire is good.
