What RF amp are you talking about? I had a 601s on my 15". Pushed it nice.

The Subzone boxes look o.k. for prefab but you need to make sure that they are tuned to a freq that you want. You also want to make sure that they are made of .75 inch mdf. These boxes look a little better than the others on the same site. I do not know if they make this line for the L5/L7.

them sub boxes are only 1.4 cubic feet vented, its kinda small dont you think???

From Subzones website:

HD-12VSQ Dual 12" Vented 1.4 cu ft per chamber 40 Hz

So from looking at the min vented box needed according to kicker they say 1.75 cubic feet per sun, and subzone boxes are way to small for them at 1.40 cubic feet.

I would want a 3.5 cubic foot vented box per sub tuned to 35 hz, and that sub will slam so hard, compared to a subzone box.

Never buy a pre fab box, because you will get sick of how much sound you are loosing because of it being the wrong size, and you will eventully end up building something better.

Take the 200 bucks that you would probolly spend on that subzone box, and talk to someone that knows about building boxes like JMAC and have him make you designs for it, or make up your own, its not too hard.

These boxes were on the Adire website, they look nice. You can also have one made for you and get the specs from JMAC. Car Toys and Tweeter have the ability to make good enclosures.

I have no idea what they cost, do a search on google. Yes you can buy a sealed enclosure and then port it but ususally the sealed enclosure is too small to work well ported.

I had 2 12' l7s in a sealed box with about 500 watts going to each of them RMS and it was ok then i put 1 of them in a vented box and it his 4x as hard it was insane shook my whole car apart. it ahd about 900 rms going to it .

Will someone be kind enough to send me the box dimensions and other info i need to have built or build my own box for the L7.
