picked up a matching canopy today.

What a major improvement. I nearly cried when I saw the cap. Looking sweet.

I had the same question about those kick panels and their strength. I've seen some before that were just silly - too thin to hold themselves up, let alone a set of speakers.

Nice work. I'd love an alt like that in my truck.

 
so far so good, i never really drive at night either, so its all good for now.
