Yeah, im sure you have heard good things about them...from there reps.. although i think snoopdan was fairly happy with his.. (i think he had an alpha) I dont like sja (atomic) nor do i like the rd hype, but i want to see more #'s out of em...

I still don't see what your trying to argue, that was one specific line against another, this is an SQL sub NOT an SQ sub like the classic... if you care about numbers on an SQ sub than I don't really know what your thinking, lets be real now

Also Steve indicated they must be broken in before best results

I believe mark said it was one of the best SQ subs he's heard, I would not give a sh1t about numbers on an SQ sub

Aren't you the mach5 guy? And what are you talking about? I don't see anything on your site that is $50 shipped.
Also, I saw the review you are talking about, and wasn't it done by one of your buddies LOL. Not to mention, I also heard that the guy who did the review, said that it was the best sounding sub he has ever heard. But failed to write that in his review because he didn't want to make your company look bad lol.

That would be like me being best friends with the owner of audiobahn, and then him sending me a free sub to test against a JL audio audio sub I had laying around. Them me saying the audiobahn sub was just as good as JL lol. Biased perhaps:laugh:

I'm not standing up for Mark (actually, i feel that his post was irrelevant to this thread), nor do i own any mach 5 products. but this is one of the most childish, immature responses i have ever seen. and really- what you have "heard" has little to no impact on the argument.

face it- rd's woofers by no means take the cake for value vs. performance department, and actually, i have seen as many bad things about them, as good. (and the reps are horribly overbearing) seriously- if you are really 33- you need to grow up. also- if you think rd are American made with American parts- you have a LOT to learn...

There are quite a few numbers out there as of right now but tis tru more TL numbers do need to be posted. aka (Vids of the subs hooked up to a mic and the number on the screen to prove it)

And what RD products have you owned that you feel qualified to comment on them? They aren't worth their price lol. I just ordered a brand new alpha for $400 shipped to my door which is a 2000rms SQL driver. How is a 2000rms SQL driver for $400 overpriced lol. I bought a mag back in the day for $500 and it was rated at half that amount of power. I am not saying it isn't worth $500, but $400 for a sub that can handle that much power seems like a very good deal to me. I have a feeling it will get VERY loud, and as long as it sounds good I can't see price being anything wrong with them.

And glad to hear you think mach5's post are irrelevant, and were just a cheap shot to slander a good company that I just ordered from and to this date have had the best customer service I have ever received lol.

Please don't put words in my mouth.. I said that they do not hold the price to performance trophy, and they don't. notice how nowhere did i say that they were not worth the money. Do you have a reading comprehension problem? And please tell me what rd products you have USED (not what is on its way to you.. you haven't heard that) either way- your attack on mach5 was uncalled for (weather or not his post was needed) and not what i would expect from a 33 yr old, supposedly mature adult, more like some of the 17 year olds on here...
