P300 speaker wire harness (pic)

I have had this speaker sitting in storage for over 3 years and I bought a new wire harness for it. How do I know which is positive an negative? It had RCA connectors which I cut off since I’m running to factory head unit. I just run one set to rear left speakers and other one to right side right? But what’s positive an neg
