I am attempting to wire an amp and a CB in my Polaris RZR4. I want to us a fues block so that I can down the road add lights and other accessories. Both units already have a built in fuse in the positive lead. My question is: is there any draw back to using two in line fuse in one circuit?

thanks is advance for the quick response.

Where is the fuse block going to be located? Two fuses in-line should not be a problem. Just make sure that your initial fuse is located near the battery, and use the appropriate wire size.

I wired my stereo, by using an in-line fuse 10" from the battery. I ran the wire to the trunk, where I inserted another in-line fuse. The wiring continued to a power distribution box (which had no fuses). The amplifiers also had their individual fuses attached to their cases.

Short answer is you should be able to use 2 inline fuses.

This is my thought as well. Would be a much better box volume if you could buy the 12" version of those subs.
